The Gospel in One Sentence?

I saw this in a video for a phrase to explain the gospel of Jesus and salvation very succinctly:

The just and gracious God of the universe looked upon hopelessly sinful man and sent his son Jesus Christ God in the flesh to bear his wrath against sin on the cross and to show his power over sin in the resurrection so that all who have faith in him can be reconciled to God forever.

Yeah, I think that covers it. I might start off saying that only God is holy, and include that salvation is something we’re not able to do on our our, and that’s it’s just Jesus, nothing else.
