You Can’t Lose Salvation – It’s Only Logical

The most arrogant and self-righteous man in the world is the one who thinks he can lose his salvation.

When a man believes salvation can be lost, he’s calling Jesus a weak shepherd.

He’s saying that Jesus can save, but only as long as you don’t mess it up.

But salvation isn’t secured by our consistency. It’s secured by the cross of Christ.

And when your grip slips, remember this: He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion.

And when you stumble, remember this: He is able to keep you from falling.

So here’s the verdict in the highest court. If salvation could be lost, we’d all lose it, guaranteed. But the good news is this. We can’t. Because Christ is seated, having finished all of his work. We are kept by God’s power and he won’t lose one. Not now, not ever. Never.
